Hotel Graf Zeppelin Constance, Constance

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The double-storey apartment with two beautiful terraces was incredibly spacious and had a wonderful kitchen and excellent bathrooms with fantastic showers. However, the view was disappointing, overlooking the inside area with the garbage bins. The cleanliness was satisfactory, but the location felt isolated.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were good, clean, and reasonably furnished, but the noisy main road and constant church clock chimes were bothersome. The service was friendly and helpful overall, although lacking information about the town. The location, while near the city center, felt overpriced for what was offered. The dining had a nice variety, but some options were limited.

The hotel has beautifully designed rooms with traditional dark wood panelling and stained glass, complemented by modern furnishings. While the location is convenient for exploring the old town area and enjoying a great breakfast, the noise from the main road can be disruptive and the unheated rooms might not be suitable for colder seasons.

The service varied from not being very helpful to going above and beyond for our group. The location was excellent, right in the heart of the old city. The dining options were good overall, but not exceptional. Facilities were satisfactory for our needs.
